I am absolutely thrilled to serve as the Student Support Teacher for Grades 3–8 at St. Matthias Parish School. As a dedicated educator within the Archdiocese of Milwaukee since 1999, I spent most of my career teaching third grade. After 22 years in one place, I felt that familiar nudge; that it was time for a new chapter. I knew I had more to give and more to learn in a new environment, and that 'need for change' is exactly what brought me to join the wonderful team here at St. Matthias.

I earned my degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and have continued to expand my expertise through advanced coursework in Education, Leadership, and Curriculum Development. My core philosophy is that every child is created in the image and likeness of God. I am deeply committed to ensuring each student has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and nurture their unique, God-given gifts at their own pace.

Outside of the classroom, I have been happily married to my husband, Brian, since 1998. We have two wonderful adult sons, Dante and Dylan, and recently welcomed our very first grandchild! Our family also includes our lively rescue dog, Saint, who keeps us on our toes. In my free time, you can find me walking Saint, cooking, baking, or getting lost in a good book. I look forward to an exciting and blessed year ahead at St. Matthias!
