From a young age I knew that God called me to be a teacher. After attending bible college, I knew God called me to teach in a public setting. After graduating I got a job teaching in Milwaukee Public Schools. I was there for 30 years until I retired. Then God opened up a door for me to teach at St. Matthias.

On a personal note, I love to go for hikes, travel, read and learn about the bible, health and nutrition topics as well as history. My husband and I are proud to have a son who is serving our country in the military. We have 3 grandsons.
